General Return & Refund Policy

Within 7 days after you received the products, you may ask for return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • We shipped the wrong products. We will exchange the items, you return the products and get full refund.
  • Products damaged during shipping process.
  • Missing items. (Sometimes we ship products in two or more packages, please check our communication emails.)

Note:

  • You need to provide photos of the products to prove that we shipped the wrong items or damaged during shipping.
  • Refund processing time: 2 business days.
  • You must return (ship back) the product unless it’s severely damaged during shipping process. About shipping cost, check the following policy.

About Shipping Cost

  • If return of products are caused by shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged, we will pay the returning shipping cost.
  • “3-day No Hassle Return & Refund” requires buyers pay the returning shipping cost.
